Procure/purchase plant site requirements e.g consumables, plant and vehicle spare parts, safety supplies, raw materials and etc. Process framework P.O. for all leasing transaction. Process approved capex. Process importation of spare parts and some consumables to different countries e.g. Australia, China, Indonesia and etc. Process importation documents for the calibration and repair of mining equipments e.g. vibrometers, ph meters, scanners and etc. Process vendor master accreditation. Process P2P of all invoices. Accomplishment 1. Develop supplier of fuel diesel from dealer to the manufacturer (Total Phils). Resulting to Php 4.5m savings for 2013 alone. 2. Develop local supplier for the indent spare parts. Resulting to have cost savings from freight cost, customs charges, brokerage fee and other charges for the importation of the goods. 3. Develop local supplier for every site e.g. cebu, masbate, isabela, and surigao. This resulting to cost saving for the delivery charges and shortest delivery lead time 4. Receive loyalty award for 5 years in service. 5. Peers/best employee for the 1st quarter of 2017. Procurement Project Emplementation 1. Project team lead for the PR to PO process at SAP. Conduct training to all end user how to raised PR at SAP system. 2. Project team member for PO to GR process at SAP. Assist end user how to GR of goods. 3. Project team member for PR to release/ approved process. Assist approver - manager how to release/ approved PRs. 4. Project team member for framework PR to PO process. Conduct training how to raised framework PR to all end users. 5. Consignment of selected critical PPE.

Overall incharge for the procurement of plant equipments spare parts, raw materials (local & indent), safety supplies, hardware supplies, office supplies, IT equipments and etc. Process export documentation of finish product. Process importation of sole raw material amonmium nitrate. Assist in shipping documentation for local and international customers. Process importation of plant catalyts worth USD 5M.

Responsible for the overall sales of the assign territory.
