Mr. Victor Neo is a distinguished business leader with a proven track record in corporate leadership and technological innovation. As the ex-CoFounder, Deputy Board Chairman, and Group CEO of Revez Corporation, a listed company on SGX specialising in technological innovations and business transformation solutions across Asia Pacific, he successfully guided Revez Motion to become Singapore's Largest Provider of Customised Multimedia Solutions for Museums and Galleries in 2018, a recognition by the Singapore Book of Record. Victor's vision and strategic prowess propelled Revez Motion from a startup to an award-winning B2B technology firm, ultimately leading to the formation of Revez Corporation and its listing on SGX, which eventually owns a portfolio of companies. Under the guidance of his visionary leadership, Revez Motion reached significant milestones. This included the development of cutting-edge software applications for key Singapore Government Agencies, including the National Library Board and National Park Board. Mr Neo's dedication to pushing technological boundaries was recognised with the Tech Solver Champion title at the 2020 Open Innovation Platform challenge organised by the InfoComm Media Development Authority of Singapore. In 2023, demonstrating his visionary approach, Mr. Neo privatised Revez Motion, leading to the establishment of Rev Illimite, focusing on innovative multimedia concepts with a veteran team. Simultaneously, Mr. Neo is also a Chairman of the Ngen Technologies, a premier regional distribution company specializing in AI and ML solutions with a global presence spanning multiple countries.
