- Upheld Alexa privacy promises by maintaining billions of artifacts consisting of crucial personal data from Alexa customer that are used by data science and engineering teams; processed millions of Alexa customers’ deletion requests per week across three regions (US, EU, JP) in accordance with regulatory requirements including GPDR and CCPA - Implemented policy enforcement and deletion systems allowing data scientists and modelers more flexibility in the file types and structures used to store data as well as increasing the supported file size limit by 20x times - Wrote highly scalable code for distributed systems to deal with the high volume and heterogeneous data from upstream services, and customers - Collaborate with business owners to provide key weekly business review metrics and leverage the insight to optimize resource usages - Develop APIs to automate customer onboarding, reducing customer friction and time previously spent by team operations from 1 week to 1 hour - Mentor summer interns, supervise coaching of new co-workers, and assist hiring managers with the recruiting process

- Designed and implemented fulfillment functionality of claim adjudication application, used to process fully customizable fulfillments, with flexible template configuration, event triggers and E2E connectivity - Built and developed various Spring Boot Rest micro-services integrated with Splunk, RabbitMQ, MySQL DBs - Worked closely with SAs, BAs and other developers in PI/sprint planning, story grooming and code reviews - Support production release and addressed critical defects in a secure and reliable manner

- Collaborated in fast-paced Agile Scrum team on the development of a claim adjudication application through Java programming and Groovy unit testing - Developed in-house reporting web application, based on Spring MVC framework, to pull data from MYSQL databases and create reports regarding end to end load testing - Worked with Apache Hive/Hadoop environment to ingest data from various data sources and provide meaningful analytics using Datameer and Tableau - Wrote several unix scripts to automate review and information gathering regarding data assets in the environment.

- Used NYC 311 Open AP1 to created and executed data implementation plan to integrate open data to FindCancerServices’s existing database - Collaborated with team to conduct external and internal user tests to gain qualitative feedback on the product for improvement

- Discussed with a professor and worked independently to design and program experiments using E-prime and Matlab, regarding the attention allocation and mental imagery in order to understand the processes of the human mind - Collect, analyzed and categorized data obtained from human subjects to predict meaningful trends
