I led a multidisciplinary team across Design, Quality, Research & Development, Multimedia, and Project Management, delivering strategic portfolio initiatives and overseeing the full product lifecycle. I drove market research and data-driven decision-making, developed high-performing teams, and implemented processes that strengthened product quality, innovation, and operational efficiency across the organization.

At Docol, I served as a Senior Manager, leading a multidisciplinary team comprising professionals from Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Project Management. My primary responsibilities included managing the entire lifecycle of new product development, overseeing Research & Development (R&D) and innovation initiatives, aligning product strategies with market trends and consumer needs. Additionally, I facilitated interactions and workshops, establishing strategic partnerships with startups, universities, and research centers to drive innovation. Key Achievements: - Awarded 10 international and 2 national design awards (IF Design Award and Design for a Better World); - Contributed to Docol's recognition as the Best Design Company in Latin America by IF Design in 2023; - Led the creation and inauguration of the Docol Innovation Center (FLOW) — the company's first collaborative space dedicated to accelerating innovation; - Spearheaded Docol's entry into the wellness bathroom & premium accessibility segments, positioning the brand in new strategic markets.

My role has involved the management of LATAM Design studio operations, directing the design vision in all projects for new products and digital experiences for Brastemp and Consul brands as well as translating the pillars of global brands into IoT solutions (connected) and benefits for users of connected products. Main Achievements: More than 10 consecutive years on the Top of Mind list of home appliance brands in Brazil, idealization, development, and implementation of the joint venture's product portfolio B.blend (Brastemp & Ambev), 3 awards and 2 national design mentions (Museu da Casa Brasileira), development and implementation of the global design development process, creation and execution of water and air treatment projects for the Indian, Chinese and European markets.

My role had involved the management of regional UX team which encompassed the design of new interfaces (digital and phisycal) for all Brastemp, Consul and B.blend product categories. My responsibilities had included from research and co-creations with users, definition of HMI (Human Machine Interactions) to technical detailing and implementation with the engineering and electronics teams. Main Achievements: The creation and implementation of this department in the company, the deployment of the first connected kitchen in Brazil (Stove, Refrigerator and Brastemp App) and 3rd Place in the IDEA Brasil award in 2014 with the Brastemp Side Inverse refrigerator interface.

In my role, I was responsible for the design development of new products across all categories, guiding the process from consumer research and conceptual exploration of both aesthetic and constructive elements, to prototyping and preliminary technical detailing for manufacturing. Key Achievements: Contributed to the definition and implementation of design languages for Consul and Brastemp brand products in 2009 and 2011. Won 1st place in the Museu da Casa Brasileira award in 2011, a significant recognition for excellence in design.

Reporting to Head of Design Department my role was professor of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the disciplines of Industrial Design, User Experience, Innovation, and Project Management. Main Achievements: Strong contribution to initiatives that connect the university and industries in the region, and 3rd Place in the 2010 TOK & STOK Design Award as Supervisor Professor.

My role has involved creating and maintaining the product portfolio for clients from different sectors, including design and its technical aspects, and also the development of branding strategies of all contact points between their brands and consumers. Main Achievements: Redesign of the entire portfolio of Pollus furniture manufacturer (Votuporanga-SP), renewal of the Fibratec pool portfolio (Araquari - SC), and some design awards such as 3rd Place in the ABILUX Design Award (2010), 1st Place in the ABIPLAST Design Award (2007), and Finalist for the CASA BRASIL award (2007).
