The purpose of the Committee is to act in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters pertaining to municipal parks and recreation programs in the City of Santee.

As the Coordinator of Behavior Support and Community Partnerships for Santee School District’s Expanded Learning Programs, I support students, staff, and families through a mix of behavior guidance, enrichment programming, and community outreach. I help design and implement behavior strategies that promote positive student outcomes, including individualized support plans and PBIS-based systems. I also coordinate a variety of enrichment opportunities such as sports leagues, academic clubs, and special events, ensuring all students feel included and engaged. Specializing in research-based interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disabilities, I implement Individual Education Plans (IEP) to propel students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development. As a trainer, I educate staff and students on effective instructional strategies, fostering leadership and team management skills. Strategic planning drives the development and execution of instructional services rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies.
