As a SAP Power user now involved in the EPR SAP Release implementation & testing of new SAP modules: CRM SD FI FSCM BCM MD MM Key responsibilities: - Manage invoicing and payments adjustments processes. Contribute to order to cash operational and reporting requirements on new products and services on the universal billing platform. - Provide operational oversight, monitoring, troubleshooting and error resolution to minimize and/or prevent revenue loss, invoicing and payment latency. Report key finance operational efficiency performance targets, report problem areas, perform root cause analyses on problem areas and drive resolution. Provide performance reporting and analysis to senior management. - Collaborate with IT in order to test SAP enhancement and follow-up with user acceptance test case scenarios. Participate in billing Community of Practice. Provide production launch support with a sense of urgency.
