• Mancom member of L’Oréal Middle East subsidiary, overseeing Operations across the Middle East region and 4 divisions. • Overseeing: Operations Planning, 3 PL Distribution, Transportation, Sourcing, Customer service, Credit, Supply Chain, Digital Operations, Environment Health, and Safety. • Led the transformation and digitalization of the operations for the subsidiary: - Go to market simplification / optimization of logistic network / RPA and Low code-No code technology.

• Mancom member of L’Oréal Middle East Consumer Goods division. • Overseeing the Operations planning (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Subcontracting planning) and Supply Key Account relationship management. • Facilitated stakeholder alignment across various departments for seamless execution of end-to-end supply chain activities.

• Mancom member of the Zone Supply Chain. • Influencing consistency of market demand and production across Africa & Middle East affiliates and factories. • Responsible for the full S&OP planning including the factories Budget and Trend process, and leading the Demand & Supply Excellence Roadmap, and the Logistics HUB's.

• Worldwide internal audit missions, focusing risk assessment of L’Oréal entities (HQ, affiliates, factories) by studying and screening their operations in diverse areas: finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, purchases, HR, fixed assets. • Defining improvements of business KPIs and follow-up on remediation actions

• Coordination of global supply performance of Skin Care for Europe (stock equation, service level, demand planning and production plan) • Implementation of continuous improvement projects: stock parameter project, factory desaturation tool, product category approach • Implementation and deployment of best practices, and adaptation of the supply chain to seasonality (flexibility, reactivity, and late differentiation)
