I‘m a Project Manager within Commercial Operations covering Purchase and Sales processes. As an global integrated smelter network this covers a large spectrum of different business cases and shareholders. My Main focus lies in S4Hana projects within the global organization and currently the creation of a XRM solution via Salesforce. Due to the possibility to go through a lot of different departments of a multimetal company in my apprenticeship, I was able to learn a lot about the different view points of different departments within the same value chain. Finding suitable compromises and driving harmonization on a global scale is a challenging and at the same time exciting task for me.
