As Co-Founder and CRO of Diel Energia, I lead the growth of one of the most innovative companies in Brazil’s energy efficiency and automation sector. We developed a proprietary predictive maintenance technology for HVAC and refrigeration systems, based on IoT and artificial intelligence, currently monitoring over 60,000 machines across more than 4,000 sites for major retail chains. I led the go-to-market strategy, structured the commercial team, and scaled our business model with enterprise sales to clients such as Santander, Banco do Brasil, Leroy Merlin, Grupo SBF, DPSP, Bradesco, DASA, Cencosud and others over the biggest of brazilian retail companies. Our solution has already prevented the emission of 5,000 tons of CO₂ and generated over $3 million USD in client savings. I also spearhead initiatives such as Diel Trends, our annual innovation event and relationship programs that positions our brand at the center of ESG and operational efficiency discussions in the Brazilian retail market.
