As a Logistics Manager, I drive the strategy and execution of complex logistics operations with a strong focus on precision, compliance, and customer success. I lead monthly shipping forecasts to align production with sales targets, while overseeing warehousing and inventory operations, managing storage, material handling, and inventory levels to ensure demand is met efficiently and accurately. I manage warehouse personnel, drivers, and finished-goods inventory to maintain smooth, safe, and efficient workflows. By partnering closely with Sales, Production, and Quality Control, I ensure high-priority orders stay on track and ship on time. I oversee documentation and compliance for industry leaders and government customers such as NOV, SLB, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, SpaceX, and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), navigating platforms like Ariba and SAP while ensuring adherence to U.S. and global customs regulations, as well as ITAR requirements for government and aerospace contracts. Internationally, I coordinate shipments to locations such as SLB Singapore, ensuring regulatory compliance and on-time delivery. Additionally, I manage reverse logistics processes, handling returns, reships, and corrective actions to minimize disruption and maintain customer satisfaction. As a customer-facing leader, I build strong relationships through proactive communication and solution-oriented support. My role blends forecasting, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, regulatory expertise, and customer engagement to deliver reliable results across domestic and global supply chains.

Responsible for sourcing and procuring tools, materials, and components essential for production operations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing, negotiate favorable terms, and drive cost-effective purchasing decisions. Manage requests for quotations (RFQs) on new products to secure competitive pricing and quality materials. Accurately enter and maintain purchase order details in internal databases to streamline procurement processes. Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products and monitor inventory levels to proactively place orders as needed. Oversee the issuance of tools, materials, and components to support seamless production workflows.

Meeting required production demands and supporting fluctuations in production by performing machining operations such as turning, facing, and threading, across all value streams on multiple CNC machines.

Duties include setting up raw materials onto machine and running parts using established CNC programs. Use calipers and other precision measuring equipment to accurately complete each part according to print dimensions and specifications. Also checking levels of lubrication fluid and completely recording required data for each part completed.
