* To exercise general control over all activities of Van Salesmen. * To ensure effective coverage of routes by Salesmen * To ensure goods are supplied to Customer. e.t.c.

* To exercise general control over all activities in the store. * To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of goods. * To maintain proper and accurate record. * To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store approaches the minimum limit fixed in respect thereof. * To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level is at maximum.

* Overall management responsibility for Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Administration of the Station * Select, direct, train, develop, discipline and evaluate staff. * Develop sales strategies, monitor sales activities, and liase with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. * Manage disbursement of fund and proper utilization of such to achieve company goals e.t.c
