Lead asset and portfolio management for 500+ residential and commercial properties, driving financial analysis, performance reporting, and investment planning to strengthen occupancy, rental revenue, and long-term asset value. Oversee full-cycle leasing and property operations including marketing, tenant negotiations, renewals, vendor management, and capital repairs, while coordinating owners, tenants, contractors, and HOAs to maintain compliance and operational efficiency across the portfolio.

Directed due diligence, feasibility analysis, underwriting, entitlement strategy, and LOI negotiations while leading development planning, financial modeling, and stakeholder coordination to move projects through approvals and position them for investment readiness.

Drove development execution for Novotown, a 247-acre, $1.8B mixed-use destination in Zhuhai featuring a 1.3M SF retail mall (183 stores), Hyatt Regency hotel, office tower, residential towers, and international school. As a core development team member reporting to the Managing Director, led land acquisition, financial modeling, leasing strategy, development planning, and asset monetization. Executed a $112M land acquisition and structured a 50-year ground lease and development agreement with municipal authorities, closed a $120M asset sale to Harrow International School, and structured a $25M joint venture with Taipei Beitou Hospital to develop an 80,000 SF medical center. Directed 15 leasing and asset management professionals, driving pre-leasing and lease-up strategy for the 1.3M SF retail center.

Built business model, led presentation to C-level executives, and supported the project development of the Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital with JV partner - Studio Altieri S.p.A; Completed the JV project of the Samsung-INDEX Medical Clinic, and Developed an investment plan of the Yas Comprehensive Medical Community Project in Abu Dhabi.

Executed over 35 international exhibitions annually and provided show management and exhibitor services to sponsors, international associations, key exhibitors, and official delegations. E.g. World biggest consumer electronics tradeshow CES.

Provided exclusive hospitality services (e.g. private jet booking, golf tournament) to Ultra-HNW clients and worked closely with the VP of Marketing to plan and execute special VVIP events and promotions.
