• Strategic Leadership. Spearhead end-to-end supply chain operations for all APAC business units (LYCRA® fiber, LYCRA®HYFIT® fiber, BSP, LYCRA® T400® fiber), managing a network of 3 manufacturing assets(located in Foshan and Yinchuan in China and SGP). Lead the project to setup SGP as the trading and distribution center for outsourcing business, which contribute $70MM revenue. • Project Management. Lead the full lifecycle setup of the YinChuan (Ningxia, China) plant (planned production in 4Q 2025), including process design, team building, and supply strategy optimization. Also lead the projects like new vendors qualifications, asset expansion and SAP upgrade, etc. • Performance Management. Manage supply chain matrix in Asia and lead the team to manage inventory DSI 45 days and control at risk inventory less than 4%. OTD has reached 90% and forecast accuracy improved from 50% to 70%. • Process Optimization & Sustainability. Setup SGP LE as the main certification body for the company sustainability business. Led cross-functional teams to design and implement new business processes, including the company-wide GRS certification project and shipment transaction certification process. Managed high-level O2C process and drove continuous improvement of operational efficiency. • Talent Development. Developed personalized career development plans for team members, tracked performance progress with quantified results and provided growth opportunities for young talents, built a high-performing regional supply chain team.

(The LYCRA Company is the Apparel BU in INVISTA, independent as the company due to acquisition) • Global Supply Chain Optimization. Managed global outsourcing networks for BSP and LYCRA®T400® fiber, covering procurement, inventory, and logistics across multiple continents. • Business Separation & Transition. Successfully led the SAP system migration and business transition during the spin-off from INVISTA to the LYCRA Company, ensuring seamless data transfer and operational stability. • Cost Reduction. Drive a strategic shift from local warehousing to direct-shipment models, significantly reducing logistics and inventory holding costs. • Team Reorganization. Led the regional team relocation from HK to Shanghai, completed talent recruitment, resource reallocation and team optimization in 6 months, maintained normal business support during the transition with minimal operational impact.

• New Business Setup. Built the APAC re-export supply chain for BDO/THF/PTMEG trading (local purchase to US export), solving complex regulatory and export compliance challenges. • Digital Transformation. Led the SAP BPT Go-Live project and stabilized the APO forecasting system, establishing standardized digital workflows.

• Global & Regional Planning. Partnered with business leaders to develop 3-year global supply chain strategic plans, identified and resolved supply chain bottlenecks with targeted solutions; Led APAC S&OP processes for Angus & Specialty Polymer BU (warehouse replenishment, inventory monitoring, forecast review). • Supplier & Raw Material Management. Established supplier performance tracking KPIs (OTD, complaint rate) to optimize supplier collaboration; Built and implemented end-to-end raw material planning processes for APAC Water Solution BU, coordinating production, warehouse and all external suppliers.

• System Operation: Maintained daily SAP system run, troubleshooted and fixed system job failures in a timely manner to minimize operational disruption. • Project Support & Testing: Supported Elemica Terminal Warehouse and WBI to XI digital projects; Served as the core testing focal point, defined testing approaches/conditions, developed detailed testing plans and reported progress to project teams and stakeholders.
