 Lead sourcing and product development for north America major furniture customers, including Crate & Barrel, William Sonoma, Aarhus, Pottery barn, West elm, Tuesday morning etc.  Visit US and Europe stores and exhibitions to collect market intelligence, collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and PD team on product development plan finalization.  Product development execution management  Product training to sales team before exhibition.

 Lead sourcing activities and product development for German customers Aldi.  Optimize vendor base and streamline supply chain to achieve target price, grow the business.  Diversify vendor base to southeast Asia.

 Lead whole process for north America major retailer customers including Walmart, Target, BBB, Costco, Home-depot, True value, Walgreen etc., from product inquiry, sourcing, buy trip, PO execution to shipment.  Team performance management to ensure good vendor grade.  Supplier performance and partnership management.

 Sourcing head, and manage Shenzhen branch office operations, including human resources and office administration,14 staffs.  Oversee China factory’s operation, 70 staffs.  Supervise Chinese technician workers at Indian factory for one year.
