I am a Registered Nurse and have operated in the Independent Sector since 1991 in a variety of roles however with MMCG since 1993 where i was originally appointed as as Area Manager promoted to Operations Director and Responsible Individual for the organisation for ten years. I have extensive experience in managing and motivating teams to produce results and lead a team of Operations Directors and senior Managers in order to maximise commercial and quality outcomes. It is important to me that core values are maintained whilst maintaining and improving day to day operations and maximising opportunities for growth.
