The Islington Chines Association is a small voluntary organisation partially funded by the local authority and other Charitable Organisations. As a Locum Women's Project Worker, I plan, design and coordinate the weekly Women’s Group’s meetings - many of whom were not conversant in the English language. In this role, it is also my responsibility to seek, prepare funding applications and write up quarterly feedback report for our funding organisations.

I was responsible for helping to deliver a customer experience that was consistent, premium and differentiated for customers travelling in the premium cabins or the elite members of our Marco Polo Club, who were eligibility to access the Cathay Pacific lounge at Heathrow.

In this role, I was responsible for operational functions including diary management for ED, minute taking and invoice processing. Being in a small team, I often assist with delivery of project and running of seminars and conferences in London or around the country.

Part of Cathay Pacific's London based Cabin Crew delivering world-class customer service in both longhaul Economy and Business Classes. My main responsibilities included carrying out inflight safety and security procedures, demonstrating interpersonal effectiveness and actively looking for ways to exceed customers' expectations.

Attend medical appointments with patients as required. Providing impartial and accurate translations. Ensuring patients’ personal information are treated with the strictest confidentiality.
