Women in Technology (WIT) passionately supports women at every stage of their STEM careers—from the classroom to the boardroom. We do this by telling the stories of successful women and by helping more women write their own. This takes place in a wide variety of formats—from educating middle and high school girls about the opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), to providing networking and education for professionals. With over 2,500 professionals attending our programs and events, over 500 students, and over 250 volunteers, WIT has become the largest, most active organization of its kind in the region.

Promoted to lead Digital Media Technology to provide leadership and strategic insight to TBS, Inc. business activity on emerging consumer platforms with team of 300 and all external facing websites; Provided vision for Portfolio Management process, execution and controls across TBS with ROI results & impacts for more than 120 million dollar budget; Envisioned and created the Enterprise Operations framework for Portfolio Management execution and process controls; Created the vision and execution model for Enterprise Readiness across 10 business units to include training, communication, and change management; Created the governance body of the senior executive leaders of Turner’s twelve technology and operations business units to evaluate project prioritization and ROI impacts; Led the department that served in strategic leadership roles for large-scale, cross-divisional initiatives supporting Turner’s growth strategy of Sports Expansion. Initiatives included the joint venture with NBA as well as the venture with the NCAA.

I work with all of Technology/Strategy & Operation business units to provide thought leadership and business insights in the areas of operational efficiencies and business prioritization. Also partner with Finance and business unit leaders across all of Turner's businesses to explore ways that we can do things better while achieving cost savings and scale where appropriate. As well, I facilitate the project and resource management for large scale, multi divisional initiatives for the technology area.
