Supply chain HR Manager responsible for an hourly manufacturing population. Duties include enforcing consistency of rules & regulations at the plant, development of a training matrix, and employee performance management & development. Served as site HR Manager responsible for driving employee engagement, organizational and professional development, employee training, and for helping to build a collaborative culture across newly acquired teams (approximately 160 employees in Midland & Odessa, TX). Major initiatives included conducting a market wage analysis for hourly employees and providing strategic recommendations, hosting pulsing/sensing sessions with hourly & salaried employees, training the management team on company processes & systems, coaching leaders on how to be more effective, and driving a culture of accountability and performance management.

Served as HR Manager responsible for the Clinical Education and IT Solutions client group of approximately 250 employees all across the United States. Key initiatives included performance management, employee engagement, and quality & compliance with special projects in the areas of pay practices, Kronos, training & development, and HR simplification efforts.

As Corporate HR Manager, I reported to the Global Vice President of HR and managed HR initiatives for US-based employees. My main responsibilities centered around performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, payroll systems and corporate training. I also served as the point person for the development and implementation of an online performance management system and provided insight as well as recommendations for process improvement and change. Additionally, I managed the communication, implementation and administration of payroll processing; employee benefits programs and national HR programs as well as with the development, delivery, administration and implementation of employee training programs.
