As the Front of House Manager, I am responsible for ensuring that every guest that visits is provided with the highest caliber of product knowledge. I take pride in my role of creating an atmosphere where new guests, as well as our regular visitors, can learn more about craft brewing, our local connection, and the new flavours that we are exploring. In my role as the lead Events Coordinator, I act as the point of contact between Dominion City, and the clients who wish to serve our beer. We are proud to have represented ourselves at countless festivals, charitable events, and celebrations since our beginnings last year. My position requires active communication with clients in order to provide them with their individual needs, coordination and organization, delegation of tasks and responsibilities, preparation of both beer and the necessary equipment for service, and acting as a representative for Dominion City by attending events, pouring, and providing beer knowledge.
