I’m a software engineer at Red Hat and the founder of Mavos, an AI-powered platform focused on helping people navigate the job search through realistic simulation.I’m currently building Mavos to solve a problem I kept seeing:there’s no good way to actually practice the job search.You can refine your resume and prepare answers, but when it comes to interviews and recruiter conversations, most people only get one real attempt. Mavos uses AI avatars to simulate these interactions, giving people a way to build confidence through practice instead of guesswork.In my day-to-day work, I contribute to OpenShift on the Infrastructure and Security Compliance team, working in Go on operators like the Compliance Operator, File Integrity Operator, and Security Profiles Operator. My work focuses on security, compliance, and large-scale distributed systems.Previously, I worked at Shelter Insurance, where I led development efforts across Salesforce and system integrations.Technically, I’ve worked across Go, Java, and Python, with experience building and maintaining large, production-grade systems.More broadly, I’m interested in building products that solve real-world problems—especially in areas where people are underserved by existing tools.If you’re interested in what I’m building with Mavos or have thoughts on the job search experience, I’d love to connect.
