On a daily basis, this means engaging with clients, designing policies and programs with obligations and benefits, running QBR routines, enablement (both technical and commercial), and co-marketing focused on demand generation and strengthening the value chain. I manage Bronze–Gold tier programs, with metrics such as activation rate, channel pipeline, training adoption, and MDF ROI. I enjoy turning operations into scalable processes: playbooks, disciplined CRM usage, and simple KPIs that everyone can follow.
