I spend most of my time thinking about two things: 1) How we can add so much value to owners of wealth management firms so that we would be the first buyers.2) Which uses of AI would make us work much more efficiently.The reason why I am in the buy-side of this industry is because these are founders who gave their entire working lives to keeping families financially healthy. When they hand that portfolio of families over, they need to trust that whoever manages it will do the same, if not better. I find that responsibility compelling.Right now, I’m building a trustworthy long-term exit plan so that investment advisors don’t get ripped off when they sell their book.If you have any thoughts/ideas, message me.
