Act as an interim Health and Safety Manager on the project for over a year to support the Project Company establish the right working environment on site. Screen and approve Health and Safety personnel of EPCs and subcontractors nominated for the project. Review and approve the HSMP and CEMP of the project. Conduct periodical assessment, inspection and audit on site to verify compliance and application according to the plan. Attend and participate to Clients and Shareholder visits on site. Evaluate site emergency plans and drill exercises carried-out by the EPCs. Perform site incident analysis and investigation together with EPC. Participate in Management Walkdown and Committee meetings. Performs unannounced site visits and inspections on critical areas and activities. Organize health and safety meetings to HS Managers and Officers to better understand site situation based on their personal feedbacks and site performance presentation.

Responsible for providing guidance and direction for the planning, implementation, operation, maintenance and continual improvement of the organization’s Health and Safety Management System. Manage Health and Safety resources and related HSE budgets. Create, manage and review site-specific health and safety plans. Ensure that personnel is adequately trained in emergency response plan procedures in collaboration with the Fire Chief. Assist in the preparation of new work activities on-site and work activities done by contractors. Review Contractor Safety Programs and ensure that contractors are compliant with site requirements. Monitors and provide feedback on Health and Safety performance. Conduct Safety Audits and Site Inspection. Develop and oversees the implementation of fire protection programs and procedures to ensure personnel and facility safety and compliance with applicable local and standards regulations. Responsible for the maintenance of Integrated Management Systems, ISO 14001 and 45001 as Management Representative. Develop and organizes Safety Training Programs relevant to the group and in preparation for Major Activities and Outages. Develop the Health and Safety Procedures of the Jubail O&M Company. Collaborate with Operation Manager in the development of Permit to Work System and training the staff at the start of the O&M Trained Senior Managers and Managers of ENGIE-MESCAT in IOSH Managing Safely. Trained Managers and Engineers on NEBOSH IGC and IOSH courses for employees. Develop Behavioural Program to improve the Culture of the organization. Review Contractor Outage HSE Plan (GE and HHI).

A year in management experience in the field of Oil and Gas Industry (Installation of Pipeline and Scraper Facilities) as a contractor under Saudi Aramco Management. Graduate Engineer – Environmental and Safety Engineer • Ensures the safety and protection of employees and their environment inside the plant premises through the design and implementation of effective programs and fire prevention activities in the facilities, equipment, processing and materials handling. • Conducts awareness training to strictly implement the safety programs not only to employees but also to contract services, trainees, and to every individual inside the plant. • Ensure compliance of the company to safety and fire prevention standards imposed by the Bureau of Working Condition of the Department of Labour and Employment. • Responsible for the evaluation of the Plant Protective Equipment and Fire Protection Facilities.

The OSHA Outreach Training Program provides training for workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces. The program also provides information regarding workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. This is a voluntary program and does not meet training requirements for any OSHA standards. Through this program, workers can attend 10-hour or 30-hour classes delivered by OSHA-authorized trainers. The 10-hour class is intended for entry-level workers, while the 30-hour class is more appropriate for workers with some safety responsibility.
