Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Keeping regular follow-ups with Debtors & Creditors for managing payment collection, conducting ageing analysis with an aim to keep payables and receivables under control. Accounting Functions: Maintaining books of accounts. Ensure the timely completion of expense booking and preparation of monthly reports. GL scrutiny. Ensure the analysis of expenditure on a monthly basis to control the expenses. Maintaining MIS reports and evaluating them for facilitating decision-making process. Budgetary Control: Performing the key role of validating business plans for maximizing profitability & revenue generation in line with business goals. Creating management tools to measure financial and operational performance viz freight analysis, cost analysis (budget vs actual) and management reports. Commercial Affairs: Evaluating the commercial viability of customers and vendors. Participate in the finalization of contracts with customers and vendors. Preparing debtor and creditor reconciliations and debit/credit notes pertaining to suppliers and customers. Auditing & Taxation: Coordinating with auditors. Ensuring completion of internal audit, statutory audit. Provide the all-necessary documents to auditors
