Our technology and staffing platform refactors existing ambulatory footprints, reducing facility and staffing costs while generating accretive revenue via billable codes. Starting in cardiac rehab, we've expanded into pulmonary care and care management. Our partnerships enable health systems to build new service lines, scale clinical outcomes, and reach positive contribution margin in under 60 days. Spring Health is an online mental health clinic that connects members to a high-quality network of therapists and psychiatrists on our telemedicine platform. While at Spring, I focused on strategy, corporate development, and network operations: • Managed sales team and generated 3.2x growth in annual revenue through deal closures with self-insured employers, non-profit organizations, and tech startups. • Built Spring’s telemedicine provider network and personally recruited 300 mental health clinicians, expanding services with an emphasis on five states (NY, CA, NJ, CT, and TX) • Developed Spring's early sales infrastructure/operations through financial revenue models, pricing strategies, and product ROI analyses. • Designed and executed on partnerships with health insurers, health information technology companies, and managed behavioral health organizations. • Led corporate development by analyzing new business opportunities and conducting due diligence on strategic partnerships.

CMMI develops, tests, and invests in innovative healthcare delivery models that lower costs while maintaining or improving the quality of patient care. • Identified, researched, and modeled new, value-based investments for CMMI’s $20B endowment • Interfaced with teams across the center and conducted all necessary due diligence before presenting new investment proposals to CMMI's Portfolio Management Committee • Built forecasting models to estimate savings generated by CMMI's healthcare innovations using diff-in-diff multivariable regressions and Medicare claims data • Assessed portfolio spending trends and gaps to develop long-term investment strategies • Prepared long-term spending projections and evaluated the center’s quarterly and annual financial statements

Directed operational research study evaluating the feasibility and short-term outcomes of rural community health workers screening for TB, HIV, Diabetes, and Hypertension in Tugela Ferry, South Africa. • Led research operations, supervised team of 15 personnel, and managed the program's $50,000 budget • Analyzed data on short-term outcomes of health workers screening for TB, HIV , diabetes, and hypertension and used these insights to drive operational improvements • Designed new referral process to optimize screening and care delivery for HIV+ and TB+ patients that streamlined workflows for clinic nurses • Conducted qualitative interviews with 26 health workers and 20 nurses to analyze program performance and assess the scale-up potential for interventions of interest

Conducted Polymerase Chain Reaction genotyping on malarial clinical samples from Tororo, Uganda to research antimalarial efficacy; under Dr. Sunil Parikh.

Contributed to developing the Center for Health Market Innovations (CHMI), a database of international innovations in the private healthcare sector. Screened the database to identify organizations with scale-up potential based on organizations’ financing schemes, healthcare delivery methods, and current performance.

Thesis awarded the Rosen-Klein Prize.
