• Responsible for purchasing activities of drive line parts for all running projects • Alternative vendors identified as an alternative for problematic vendors • Audits at new candidate vendors • Additional responsibility : Coordination of Purchasing activities of SAUDI M113 Military Vehicles Modernization project. • Balancing workload on vendors and responsible buyers within the scope of Saudi project. • Realizing procurement schedule according to MPS • Clarifying learning points of previous project and improving action plan • Sourcing and budget management of project • Monitoring and reporting the purchasing scope progress of the project

• Responsible for vehicle exterior parts • Root cause analysis & countermeasure improvement regarding responsible part problems by using TPS tools. • Standardization of supplier processes for responsible parts • Failure Mode Effect Analysis for responsible parts • Defining critical performance parameters of production processes • Defining inspection methods and frequency of responsible products • Supplier assessments to confirm applications of contracts • Involved/Lead “Supplier Quality Improvement” activities for the deployment of TPS to selected suppliers
