* Major Responsibilities & Accountability towards: * · Quantity survey, BOQ preparation, estimation and budgeting aspects of 2 residential township projects and 6 mixed use commercial properties development projects located across the nation. * · Maintaining approved budgets in ERP in close interaction with Project, Procurement & Finance teams. * · Approval of Work and Purchase Orders in ERP. * · Scrutiny and Certification of Contractors’ and Consultants’ bills and process the same for payments in ERP. * · Investors' query handling with respect to budget, balance to incur, Projects progress , etc. * Accolade: Member, Coordinator, Convener and Chair Person of Business Council, since its inception in 2011.

* Major Tasks handled: * a) Quantification of works, b) Preparation of BoQ, c) Compilation, scrutiny, evaluation of tenders, recommendation based on commercial and contractual terms, d) participation in negotiation meetings, e) award of contracts and its administration - in conformity with FIDIC– for Taj Palace (Heritage Wing) at Mumbai (on site), Hexaware IT Park, Chennai. and Ascendas IT Park, Coimbatore (off site). * Scrutiny and payment recommendation of Contractor’s claims – based joint measurements at site and on the contractual terms and conditions – for Taj Palace (Heritage Wing), Mumbai and Hexaware IT Park, Chennai. * Quantification of Civil works for Nirmal Lifestyle Hotel, Mumbai (off site) and TATA Memorial Hospital, Kolkata (off site).

Major Tasks handled: 1) Reconciled 3234 MT of Client supplied reinforcement steel, after completion of the project, by preparing new BBS for “HM World City” residential complex project at Bengaluru. 2) Headed “Chaitanya Shanti Nikethan” project having 4 towers of 15 stories residential buildings at Chennai.
