Customer Facing Job at Bled, Slovenia

* Prepare transfer figures for the arriving/departing guests and coach split * Invoicing * Airport transfer control

* • Setting the accommodation for the arriving guest * • Ensuring the accommodation is well presented, clean, safe and appealing * • Maid service * • Dealing with guest’s enquiries * • Housekeeping Visits on behalf of Management

* Supervision of tiling works * Ensuring delivering quality finished works in accordance with preapproved benchmark * Forecasting material usage and ordering supplies * Liaising between site building company, main tiling contractor and other trades * Leading team of 5-8 tilers

* o Coordination and distribution between dentists – dental laboratory – dental assistants * o Appropriately booking and scheduling of appointments * o Dealing with all patients’ enquiries both in person and on the telephone * o Maintaining and accurately filing records and update information patient’s file. * o Proactively dealing with all complaints in line with company policy * o Billing and invoicing, dealing with payments;

* Staff supervision and weekly rotas * Food quality control * Supplies and deliveries * Money float control * Stock and inventory control * Cashiering

* Customer Services, leading and guiding tours in English according to TUI’s tour program for 2007; * Leading and guiding shore excursions in Varna, in English

* Customer Relations Management * Airport transfer control * Administrative work, booking, billing, post transfer reports
