My heart beats for building a winning culture and people practices. I get energy from a shared mission and engaged team who are striving for a mutual goal. And have fun! My current focus is on strengthening safety culture across the organization and embedding safety in everything we do at ISS Finland so that our thousands of employees go home safe and healthy every day and thus, can better and uninterrupted facilitate our customers' purpose. I have a cross-functional background from sales and marketing before jumping into the world of HR, where I have had a great opportunity to support businesses both in turnaround, sustaining and growth situations, in small and large business units, balancing in between global and local strategy.
