Building revenue-generating modular communities through affordable housing, container restaurants, and smart hospitality spaces.My plan is to build an AI-powered platform that identifies missed revenue opportunities on vacant land, generates building plans, and helps raise capital to turn unused land into recurring income.The AI will be designed to help order supplies, coordinate workers, manage smart bookings, send project updates, and connect with multiple permit estimators and development partners.
