Human Resources Recruitment Assistant: •Creating and opening the vacant positions in the system and their handling until the right talent is found •Assisting in maintaining the volume of candidates' pipeline to keep the interview process in motion •Posting the jobs on local career pages •Reviewing and pre-screening candidates, phone screening of English language and other skills •Scheduling different types of interviews which include coordination of the participant's agenda and booking the rooms •Communication with colleagues from Slovakia and abroad to make sure the recruitment process runs efficiently Finding opportunities for improving candidate's experience •Joining available Future of Recruitment Projects Talent Acquisition Specialist: •Build a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and tracking process with measurable metrics •Building a talent pipeline of diverse candidates to support future hiring needs and potential candidates that can be enthusiastically marketed to open or future positions within our business •Handling new job openings, identify and engage top talent, liaising with passive candidates and building robust relationships •Pre-screening and qualifying candidates •Presents potential talents to managers and may coordinate further tasks when requested •Providing outstanding customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the whole recruitment process

•Realization of recruiting and selection of suitable candidates from lower positions across the middle, senior management and specialists to positions in top management. •Search for suitable candidates on portals www.profesia.sk , Linkedin and in internal database. •Responsibility for telephone screening, testing the level of English. •Providing interpretation of results to candidates from the Cut-e testing.

Work on the project of poverty and unemployment among people with special needs. Individual and group psychological counseling to young people with physical handicaps.

Distance counseling to children and adolescents in crisis situations.
