I served as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, managers, and employees—equipping managers with critical human capital insights to drive informed business decisions, while ensuring employee experiences aligned with Bridgewater’s Principles.

Led the strategic design and execution of a high-impact, business-aligned people strategy for approximately 1,000 employees—including 100 Partners—across eight Northeastern locations, representing over 30% of total organizational revenue. Acted as a key member of the Market Territory (MT) leadership team, partnering closely with the MT Managing Partner and business line leaders to shape and drive talent strategies, including engagement surveys, retention initiatives, succession planning, employee advisory councils, and leadership development programs. Directed a team of 8 HR professionals to deliver high-touch, end-to-end employee lifecycle support across the territory, spanning onboarding, global mobility, immigration, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, engagement, analytics, talent acquisition, and culture-building initiatives. Collaborated with national HR leaders on Communities of Excellence to develop enterprise-wide solutions in priority areas such as global mobility and immigration strategy.

Responsible for the development and execution of HR initiatives for ~600 employees and partners across the Southeast region, including thought partnering with Market and Business Line leaders to drive business objectives.
