Veronica Dell'Aera

At Optics11 I work as a Product Manager, responsible for one of the core products in our portfolio with a strong focus on the software component. I bridge customer needs, business goals, and technical possibilities, supported by my background in UX research and design. In this role I oversee the end to end implementation of the product, define user flows, plan the roadmap, and lead backlog refinement. I collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and other cross functional teams to support alignment and smooth delivery. I work directly with customers to gather requirements, esnure product deliveries, and manage expectations. I also collaborate with product owners on product requirement documents and regularly audit the product to ensure quality, usability, and consistency.

I continued my UX journey at Bynder as a UX Intern, working on qualitative research, interviews, and surveys. My work focused on UX Operations and collaboration across several cross-functional teams. I supported workshops, helped prepare presentations, and contributed to AI-related exploratory research aimed at improving Bynder’s products.

After my internship, I was offered an extension and continued at Personio as a UX Research Working Student. In this role, I led user interviews, conducted surveys, and performed usability testing to evaluate product usability. I carried out competitor analyses across 15+ products, and synthesized both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights. I worked closely with product managers, designers, and engineers, managed the research repository, and supported projects with card sorting, data analysis, and research presentations.

UX Intern at Personio, where I ran user studies and generative research, created personas and user journeys, and supported product redesign through content testing and empathy mapping. Completed training in research methods and sketching.
