Managed a variety of projects in support of Operations initiatives with a primary focus on data center oriented activities including hardware upgrades, migrations, and more significant new deployments, domestic and international. Responsible for CAP/OP-ex budgeting in support these projects as well as Data Center power and space capacity forecasting.

Worked with cross functional teams in supporting DHS data center changes/deployments in support of 10 print bio-metric screening of US visitors until sub-contract award changes. This included site orders, build documentation and MOP generation.

Managed a team of Technical Project Engineers who managed any changes, new deployments into AOL data centers nationally or internationally. This included requirement intake, through customer fulfillment as well as overseeing the data center integration teams implementation process. These projects spanned power and space management as well as network connectivity and resources.

Served as a Customer Engineer for proactive and reactive support of HP enterprise hardware.

Data center operations support and management including move/adds/changes of network and server components, carrier circuits, build documentation, CMDB, and structured infrastructure over multiple local and remote data centers . Co-location management and design of white space builds inclusive of 40G infrastructure.
