* Responsible for controlling over $130 million yearly capital expenditure in approx. 20 locations in the area of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). * Supervise the preparation of annual capital budgets and periodic reports and ensure their accuracy and conformity with the Accounting standards. * Review forecast and budget contents and details in collaboration with Management, Operations and our local controllers in EMEA, provide advice and guidance and recommend the necessary amendments to ensure that Management cash flow targets are achieved. * Coordination with the Operations Team to collect information on capacity constraints and future CapEx intensive projects. * Support other teams with ad hoc analyses outside current responsibilities.

Responsible for controlling approx. $250 million functional expenses in over 20 locations in EMEA. * Develop forecasting tools that give insight to our functional leaders into their budgets, forecast and spend and thus, lead to a more informed, financially aware and fiscally responsible community. * Improve the discipline around the monthly forecast process and contribute to the reduction of the discretionary spend by approx. 25% in the functional expense areas. * Supervise the budget process and closely work with Management and local teams to provide visibility into planned expenses. Coordinate with the Decision Support and Systems Department to design and implement a system based budgeting tool. * Transition to new team members.

* Coordinate with various teams towards margin improvement of largest loss-making projects in EMEA Automotive and contribute to achieving savings. * Special projects: savings estimation from switching to different resin raw materials in the production, manufacturing variance analysis, central warehouse concept, high inventory turns vs. scale price effect, value stream optimization, etc. * Net Realizable Value Reserve: analysis and monthly forecasting. * Logistics controlling: participate in the analysis for optimization of the shipping lanes in EMEA and significantly reducing freight expenses. * Leading the forecasting and budgeting process in relation to freight and warehouse expenses in Automotive EMEA.

* Provide assistance to companies for their participation in fairs. * Support the team with the preparation of offers/presentations. * Administrative/translation duties.

* Research on the legal framework for the import/packaging of particular goods and communication with Bulgarian authorities. * Product related marketing research. * Administrative/translation duties.

* Preparation of cost and investment budgets & forecasts, analyze deviations from forecast, headcount planning, manufacturing variance analyses * Productivity calculation, drive productivity with the local department leaders and introduce the appropriate KPI’s * Investment projects: business case calculation, including plant expansion by 20% * Annual product recosting and hourly rate recalculation * Work with the Accounting department and lead month-end process (reserve/accrual calculation) * Main contact person for auditors and Top Management

* Participated in the audit of the efficiency of individual process controls related to trade. * Involved in the audit of credits, especially providing analyses with respect to customer creditworthiness. * Financial statement analyses related to the plausibility of changes. * Detailed audit of particular balance sheet items, especially interest income and interest expense, assets and liabilities.
