Responsibility • Manage the Schedule To First Commit performance for order commit by CM to attain an overall ScFc of 80%. Report metrics weekly including pareto of performance issues. • Report daily revenue shipments, identify revenue risk as appropriate. • Manage all Sales Orders inside Juniper’s order management system to reflect CM’s committed delivery dates. • Manage and measure the performance of CM’s shipments in compliance to the Delivery to Customer Request date (CRD). • Manage and report the delivery cycle time (receipt of order until shipment) of all orders delivered by CM. • Generate CM’s capacity profile by process/products and publish it quarterly. • Measure and report the theoretical/actual manufacturing lead times by products. Work with CM on goals for reductions. • Work with system team as SME for system analysis and support for new tools testing.

Job Responsibility:- ~ Work with Materials Planners to execute pricing and terms & conditions that are negotiated and agreed to by Commodity Managers and Buyers. ~ Analyze and project component purchase prices that accurately reflect the inventory value for a financial period in Standard Costing process. ~ Continuously optimize MPV by reducing the cost of materials and by limiting unfavorable PPV/MPV. Work with BUM to obtain customers’ authorization for additional expenses such as premiums on materials or freight and tooling charges incurred on customers’ behalf. ~ Monitor, track, and provide feedback on suppliers’ performance on overall cost, delivery, and quality. ~ Understand suppliers, their capabilities, market trend, and technologies for assigned commodities. ~ Negotiate liability terms, special stocking arrangements, and other agreements that are outside of standard company's terms and conditions. ~ Perform root cause analysis on excess and obsolete material and coordinate claim with customer. Follow up with customer on E&O disposition. ~ Track/confirm that new PO’s are not being launched into the supply base based on excess findings and directions ~ Provide project coordination and supports for key supply chain projects ~ Work with internal team to reduce excess inventory through supply / demand matching of global excess and obsolete inventory; Perform inventory analysis ~ Work as NPI material coordinator and work closely with customer on supply demand, provide alternate source and spot buy proposal to ensure supply pineline meeting customer expectation ~ Anticipate, meet and/or exceed customer expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively. Make customer issues a priority. ~ Demonstrate effective leadership and cooperation with the materials team in the business unit ~ Compile data and other information into clear, organized reports and communicate it to cross-functional team and customer.
