Capital Asset need identification ,planning ,procurement and commissioning Prepare payback sheet to get approval from management for new assets Conduct manufacturing feasibility for new products and process with CFT for team feasibility commitment . Prepare estimating data needed for quoting that are required for new product development to business development .( Cycle time ,number of machine ,and other resources ) . Create and maintain item data ,production BOM and tasks in ERP ,related to manufacturing engineering and costing. Coordinate for new programs with proto builds , testing and manufacturing Prepare budget for new product development and monitor it. Prepare time plan for new products based on customer requirement and monitor it Monitor and implement engineering changes with cross functional team

● Create and maintain quality documents –PFMEA /Control plans ,Work instructions ● Responsible for 2 product line ● Introduction of new products ● CNC programming of Turning /machining centers ● Process improvements by introduction of better process ● Scrap reduction initiative ● Reduction of RPN number based on PFMEA ● Specs layout of new equipment ,compare various quote,Design verification and installation of of Equipnment.

Meeting the production targets Setting and operating machine like turning ,machining centers ,SPM,s Monitor and report production losses /Action plans to eliminate it
