Responsible for all Project Management activities in planning, executing, monitoring and control, closing the projects which I executed as a Project Manager. Taken the role of Global Project Manager managing projects executed at multiple global locations. Was capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Primary responsibilites include: Scope definition, evaluation and finalization, Project Planning including Work Breakdown Structure. Use of MPP as planning tool and project monitoring and tracking. Communication with all stakeholders and ensuring the stakeholder satisfaction.Closing out the project formally at the end of Project.
