I’m a CFA charterholder and ESG & Sustainable Finance specialist with over 5 years of experience working at the intersection of capital markets, sustainability, and data analytics, currently based in Dubai with Bloomberg. In my current role as ESG & Sustainable Finance Lead at Bloomberg, I represent the firm across major regional conferences and industry forums focused on sustainable debt, green bonds, and ESG integration across MENA and Europe. I work closely with regulators, issuers, investors, and industry associations, supporting ESG-aligned bond issuance strategies and improving transparency across fixed income markets. A core part of my role involves collaborating with internal and external vendors, focusing on quality assurance, training, and capability building across ESG data and workflows. I’m actively involved in learning & development initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, scalable processes, and consistent standards across teams. I also lead data analysis and reporting initiatives, producing quarterly regional insights supported by strong visual storytelling—dashboards, snapshots, and trend analysis designed for both regional leadership and global stakeholders. My work frequently informs regional and global growth narratives within Bloomberg. I collaborate closely with Bloomberg Intelligence and Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) on research-driven projects, contributing to ESG, energy transition, and sustainable finance insights that support client decision-making and published research. Previously, I worked as a Debt Specialist Data professional, building ESG dashboards, embedding sustainability metrics into client workflows, and partnering with engineering and compliance teams. I also have experience as a Financial Engineer, structuring products and delivering ESG-aligned reporting solutions.

-Updating data and generating insights for syndicated loans in the MENA region -Reaching out to relationship banks for understanding the future of loans market in the Middle East -Working with various internal and external stakeholders for using Fixed Income data and adopting various functionalities Bloomberg has to offer, such as BI and ESG -Creating quarterly LEAG reports that highlight top deals, top banks within the MENA and Islamic Financing space -Building on client relationships to showcase ESG trends to create more awareness on the benefits -Conducting training for clients to navigate across fixed income functions for their internal reporting -Updating auction data for the EMEA region on a timely manner that allows banks to leverage the auction platform on the terminal -Assisting HR to conduct recruitment process by initial screening and shadowing process -Creating a knowledge base for Islamic Finance that can be used by university students to develop an understanding of the terminal as well as the difference between islamic and conventional finance -Back up team leader for Syndicated loans team -Assisting in Vendor management and training

- Conducting pricing and analysis for various types of structured products - Linking the investment banks to the sales team by obtaining best levels for the clients - Creating combinations of baskets as product ideas on weekly basis - Filing and completing data of each product in order to track the stage of the product lifecycle

- Incharge of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for various MEA entities - processing manual wires for payments to vendors - Processing payments through AP Oracle - Assisting the Accounting manager with Annual audit preparations
