As Lead Functional Consultant was responsible to work with Citibank N.A. and interact with their HR users to understand and design a 14 – Country Single database PeopleSoft HR System. Responsible for understanding functionality of their Legacy system and work with the technical team to design and implement in PeopleSoft. Lead the effort to create functional requirement documentation, user training manuals and conduct training in the system to the End users.
