IRSE Officer with 29+ Years’ experience in Indian Railways (Joined IRSE service in 1990). Constructed about 400 Km of Track (in Doubling and Gauge Conversion) which include Track Bed, Bridges, Track, Stations etc as Chief Engineer and Dy Chief Engineer on Indian Railways Rendered Inspection Services to Hyderabad Metro Construction & commissioned 30 Km of metro. (Nov-2013 to Apr 2018) Planned and Manged construction of over 150 Road Over/Under Bridges on Railways. 20 such bridges commissioned in 2019-20. Increased Turnover of Secunderabad unit of RITES Ltd from Rs 18 Cr to 100 Cr in 3 years (2015 to 2018). Fattened the order book of the unit from Rs 17 Cr to 700 Cr during this period. Accordingly turned around the profits from negative to positive (to Rs 35 Cr) in three years. Planned and executed rail connectivity to Oil Companies, Power Companies and Ports in South India. (Clients: BPCL, CONCOR, APGENCO, TSGENCO, Chennai Port, Visakha Port etc). Made a blue print for Sub-Urban Rail system for Bengaluru. This got all round appreciation from Govt of Karnataka and Ministry of Railways. This led to sanction of Sub-Urban Rail Project at Rs 8999 Cr. Maintained Track, Bridges, Buildings etc for over 10 Years. Secured all India 8th rank in Engineering Services Exam – 1988. Secured 99.99 percentile in GATE-1988. Consistently topped College/University since School Days. Currently authoring a book "Bhagavad Gita - The Myths & Facts" to bring the treasure of Management Skills to the Professionals.
