As the Group CHRO and a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the Rane Group, I led strategic initiatives to build organizational capacity and capability for accelerated business growth. I have extensive experience in all facets of HR, IR, learning & organization development, change management and IT. I led the IT function too from 2012 to 2022. I play a key role in the CSR initiatives of the Rane Foundation in managing a CBSE school and a polytechnic college. I have worked in SAIL, and Mascon Global Ltd prior to joining Rane in 2006. I have been on the CII National Council on HR & IR, the President of the Chennai Chapter of the National HRD Network (2017-19), Chairman of ACMA SR from 2012 to 2017, and the Chairman of EFSI TN (2019 -22), and associated with MCCI and FICCI. I am on the Board of Studies of the University of Madras, NHRDN Board, and on a few other institutions. I graduated from the University of Madras and did my PG in HR from the Calcutta University. An alumnus of the Royal Institute of Public Administration, London, I have also undergone the Business Leaders Program at IIM, Calcutta in 2005. I am a PCC from ICF, USA. My hobbies are reading, fitness and travel.
