* Successfully manage the UMTS RAN expansion & implementation for assigned market (San Francisco, Sacramento & Las Vegas) and dealing with million $$ budget * Leading the Implementation change of network configuration change to support voice and data traffic growth * Provide general guidelines and coordinate with market Engineer on resolving Network capacity issues. * Analyse the current data performance and provide recommendation to the market * Achieve financial matrix to meet Capital Expenditure expectation and working on capital and operation expenditure saving initiatives * Work with market and FSC to conduct trials, and implementing network parameter and configuration
