Draw blood on all patients of all age groups, urine drug screen collections, paternity collections, blood sugars,identifying by writing and labeling all specimens with the correct name and date of birth. Log all specimens and follow protocols, Greet all patients and instruct them in proper specimen methods, label all specimen in complicance with lab policies, Centrifuge , Splitting and Freezing specimen as required. Prepare for the end of the day courier pick up, Perform clerical duties when assign as responding to emails, inventory, stocks supplies, answering phones etc. Read, understand and comply with the departmental polices, protocols, procedures such as Phlebotomy SOP and Safety Manual.
