Deployed and managed an automated mobile workforce management system for 3,000 technicians and 200 dispatch operators in 11 of the company’s major markets within 9 months, saving $5+ million in annual operating expenses.

Directed a team of 300+ professionals that developed and operated integrated IT solutions focusing on both residential and commercial services. Held autonomous decision-making authority for all IT and engineering solutions to enable high-speed Internet, telephony, video (cable) and wireless services. Designed, developed and deployed IT provisioning and activation solutions in support of Cox’s High-Speed Internet Service with budget responsibility up to $15 million annually. Managed a team of 15 and reported to the SVP/CIO. Implemented a flexible, scalable and fully integrated back office system capable of managing all aspects of Cox’s high-speed Internet business, facilitating $400 million in CY2002 revenue (scaled to $2+ billion annually today). Deployed 6 ISP applications and built 2 Internet data centers for hosting residential and commercial customers. Implemented a trouble ticketing and management system that streamlined incident handling, reducing overall mean time to repair by 75% and saving approximately $450,000 annually.

Led a team of software engineers in the design and development of the Fleetcon™ product. Project managed all group activities from design & implementation to quality assurance. Member of the Fleetcon™ external interfaces design team charged with the design and implementation of interface modules to external billing or account management systems.
