Currently working with the Propulsion team on Firebot, a semi-autonomous firefighting robot. So, far I have: - Designed propulsion components (exterior framing, drivetrain components, gearbox & motors) to withstand fires up to 600 C. - Packaged electronics enclosure and propulsion components to minimize heat transfer.

- Designed, fabricated, and assembled a suspension package that allows for a decoupled heave & roll spring setup. Decreased weight by 50% and packaging size by 22%. - Modified car suspension geometry to optimize suspension riderate.

Designed, tested, & fabricated the ingress/egress mechanism for the LTV GTU prototype. Tailored mechanism interfaces & kinematics to allow astronauts to easily interact with mechanism. Optimized design to be fully manufactured in-house.

Designed, manufactured, & implemented a clay 3D printing system to fit onto a UR3e Robotic Arm.

Summer Intern with NASA's ER4 Branch: LTV GTU (Lunar Terrain Vehicle) - Assisted in assembly and construction of LTV Lunar Wheel Prototype - Designed & preformed analysis on lunar wheel designed for a small autonomous testbed rover. Testbed Rover Payload Deck -Designed a top deck for a small autonomous rover capable of mounting various payload structures up to 300lbs in weight MRV (Modular Robotic Vehicle) Emergency Braking System - Designed, fabricated, and assembled a cheap, passive emergency braking system for the MRV. Machining & Fabrication - Worked extensively with sheet metal design to fabricate and design components. Operated, programmed, & utilized CNC mills, lathes, and standard shop tools to fabricate components. Focused heavily on DFM practices to decrease production time & cost. Composite FDM mold research - Created composite molds designed to be created using a standard FDM 3D printer. Fabricated & tested molds with resin infusion layups with both carbon-fiber and fiberglass, & documented results.

- Managed project scheduling through Monday.com, a project management software - Coordinated workflow between electrical, programming, CAD, and mechanical subteams - Lead over 40+ members in designing, assembling, and manufacturing the competition robot - Developed & managed a comprehensive inventory system for the 2022 season - Designed, manufactured, & assembled 4 subystems for the 2023 robot

- Lead and taught over 10 students SOLIDWORKS - 3+ years of experience in SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS SIMULATION - Managed CAD to CAM flow and product assembly from design through production - Designed, manufactured, and tested 2 robot subsystems for the 2022 season robot - Taught and enforced effective industry design practices - Worked with industrial CNC machines such as the TORMACH 1100, ROLAND Modela Plastic CNC, and GX3750 Router
