Victor Xavier

Experience with Product Development Process and international OEM for Fitness, Agricultural and Medical segment. Graduated by UNESP Ilha Solteira in Mechanical Engineering had Scientific Initiation financed by FAPESP, resulting in scientific publications, in partnership with medical industry, studing products for treatment of hydrocephalus. After that, worked as Professor at ETEC - Centro de Paula Souza of Ilha Solteira during the period in which he studied and completed the disciplines of master's degrees in the field of Thermal Science and participated in the initial development stages of implantable neurological valve. The multidisciplinary scientific background and knowledge of the rigorous product development process in the medical area, collaborated for the invitation to work at Brudden product development team, the manufacturer of Movement Fitness brand(most important Latin American company for professional fitness equipment) developening products in partnership with the Lab. of Biomechanics of the Physical Education College at University of São Paulo and the renowed Design Office Indio da costa AUDT. During this work, he was also involved in development for ​agrobusiness and embedded electronics assuming head positions as Product Line Development Supervisor and General Supervisor of Engineering. Currently he is Engineering Manager in the R&D at the same company, coordinating different teams of technicians and engineers in the Product Development. Adicionally is Coordinator of the Special Studies Committee at Brazilian Committee of Mechanical Machinery and Equipment in EC - 004: 027.001- Equipment for Gymnastics and Physical Conditioning, responsible for the elaboration of brazilian technical standards with ABNT and is Observer Member of ISO/TC 83 Sports and other recreational facilities and equipment.
