• Utilize a wide variety of methods to find/engage active and passive candidates, including web-based sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, internet postings, internal and external networking, and referrals • Track sourcing activity and candidate notes through Applicant Tracking System (ATS)/JobDiva • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates in selected disciplines to fulfill existing positions and future positions as they are identified • Schedule candidate interviews while conducting necessary checks (e.g. rehire eligibility and preliminary background checks) • Arrange in-house meetings with prospective candidates for interview preparation • Provide guidance to candidates through the pre-employment process, from preliminary interview preparation through offer stage • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on resume status via phone and email • Provide salary recommendations/compensation benchmarking • Prepare and send offer letters to candidates and collect/enter preliminary information for onboarding into the recruitment system

• Liaison with clients on asset specific questions, tasks, and payment processing • Coordinated and reviewed due diligence documents in support of acquisition or sale activity • Reviewed borrower and property financial statements, tax returns, and other credit documents • Prepared and interpreted legal documents including Assignment of Mortgage, Quit Claim Deed, Discharge of Mortgage, Proof of Claim • Responsible for ordering the Brokers Price Opinion/Appraisal for assets • Reviewed title reports, amend inconsistent information; prioritize/organize new portfolio of 100+ files • Reviewed the Brokers Price Opinion/Appraisal for completeness, signatures, value variances, and photos of the interior and exterior, listing comparables and sold comparables • Utilized appraisals and BPOs to determine appropriate asset values; establish an initial market value and list price • Monitored and followed up with the Broker/Appraiser to insure the receipt of the marketing information in a timely manner • Reviewed and approved discretionary expenditures up to approval limit; escalated work orders over approval limit to appropriate personnel • Performed other duties as assigned, including special projects
