HR generalist role- short term contract

HR Business Partner for Client Businesses, with a heavy focus on Employee Relations- short term contract

This role supports the HR Business Partners to ensure delivery of HR products and services to meet the business priorities throughout the UKI Private Bank – High Net Worth, Ultra High Net Worth and International Private Bank businesses. The role involves working with the Business Partners to ensure a proactive service is provided to both business areas based in London.

This role provides practical and commercial HR consultancy support across the UK, Ireland and International Private Bank businesses at Barclays, Wealth and Investment Management. The focus is on Disciplinary, Capability and Grievance case management including: investigations, suspensions, disciplinary processes (misconduct and gross misconduct), capability processes (including Performance Improvement Plans and Attendance Improvement Plans), performance exits, complaints and grievances, appeals processes, employee representatives, employment tribunal claims and subject access requests.

* This role focuses on: * Complex ER Case Management * Transaction work * Policy and Guidance review and development * Designing and delivering employee relations training in-house * Advising the HR generalists on a wide range of ER queries and matters * Involvement in Employee Relations projects * Advising the Onboarding team on non standard contract clauses
