Most London commercial fit-outs don't fail on price - they fail on communication, missed programmes, and a contractor who goes quiet two weeks before handover. I founded London Fit Out in October 2009 to be the opposite of that, and 16 years later we're a £14m turnover JCT Design & Build specialist running £150k-£9m commercial fit-outs across London and the Southeast. Over 95% of our work is repeat business - QSs, project managers, designers and end clients who've already used us once and didn't fancy gambling on someone new. In January 2026 I stepped back from MD duties (Armand Bothma now runs the day-to-day, supported by our Contracts Directors) so I can stay where I'm most useful - on client relationships, strategy, and protecting the culture that got us here. Founded London Fit Out in October 2009 with one bet: that London's commercial fit-out market would reward contractors who picked up the phone, told the truth, and finished what they started. 16 years on, LFO is a £14m turnover Design & Build and refurbishment specialist running JCT contracts from £150k to £9m across London and the Southeast - with 95%+ of work coming from repeat clients, returning QSs, and design teams who'd rather not gamble on someone new. In January 2026 I handed day-to-day MD duties to Armand Bothma, supported by our Contracts Directors Gerrie and Antonie - all three now shareholders with skin in the game that ties them to the long-term health of the business. My role today as CEO & Founder is oversight, key client relationships, strategy, and protecting the culture that built it. Day-to-day operations are run by my business partner Steve Fitch (MD); my role is strategic oversight, capital, and joining the dots when LFO clients want furniture procurement folded into a wider fit-out package - one point of accountability instead of three.

Founded Goat Investments in November 2017 as the long-term holding structure for my personal wealth and investments - Property, Bitcoin, Equities, and a strategic cash reserve. Mandate is straightforward: compound through cycles rather than chase them, and run the portfolio with the same discipline I run a fit-out programme - clear targets, no panic, no forced moves. Also functions as a liquidity backstop for London Fit Out should working capital ever need a short-term top-up.
